Leaking Basement repair

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Toronto

We have hired Jerry a number of times over the last decade, and obviously we have been happy with him in the past. This project however, we ended up with permanent damage to pristine baseboards and noticeably uneven plastering. He also spilled Blueskin in two areas of the carpet and left a large stain of primer on some furniture. This was all out of character compared with his previous work. We're just not happy with this level of attention to detail this time. Sorry, Jerry.

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Toronto

We have hired Jerry a number of times over the last decade, and obviously we have been happy with him in the past. This project however, he was aggressive in removing drywall, yanking it violently off the wall in a jagged diagonal fashion, causing permanent damage to pristine baseboards and it resulted in replastering the wall in a less-than-ideal fashion. He also spilled Blueskin in two areas of the carpet and left a large stain of primer on some furniture. This was all out of character compared with his previous work. We're just not happy with this level of attention to detail this time. Sorry, Jerry.
