Poor Customer Service, 3 Month Delayed Delivery
I have disappointed to say that I have never experienced such poor customer service. I purchased a washer and dryer on January 18, 2017 and it is now almost May. There was a back order on both products that were ordered, this is a supplier issue which I completely understand. I received the washer about a month ago and have been following up on the status of the dryer via email, it took countless emails to multiple people to get a response. I finally received word that it could be delivered last week but I was going to be away that week - I did not realize that the inventory would go to someone else or I would have had someone wait at my house for it. This put me back another few weeks until today, where I am eagerly awaiting my dryer. I had expected someone to call this morning with a four hour window but no one has, so I'm assuming they will be coming this afternoon. After speaking with a Manager last week, I felt a bit better about my choice to go with Bad Boys and he advised that he would follow up the following day. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard back. I wish I paid a bit more to avoid the hassle of two days waiting separately for two deliveries and all the back and forth trying to reach someone at Bad Boys.
