Very easy to schedule both the estimate and the project. Communication was good and the work was completed on time and as promised. Our old house generated a few challenges for the project and they were all dealt with quickly. They brought in a good carpenter/painter at the end to make everything look as good as new and sent a supervisor to walk us through a couple of questions, which provided real peace of mind about the project. They had excellent customer service and follow-through to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will definitely call Avenue Roofing in the future.

Joe and Cas dropped by the same day I requested the service to amend / modify downspout. Both gentleman were courteous, professional and very helpful. They redirected the downspout to drain onto front garden at no charge. As a returning happy customer I will continue to support Avenue Road Roofing for top quality work and amazing customer service. Tony, Zach and Alex did an excellent job. We live in a one hundred year old, very tall house, with very tight outside space to manoeuvre. Tony and the team did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable, friendly, communicated well with us, and put care into their work every step of the way. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We hired Avenue Road to replace the roof, aluminum, and some siding on our new home. It was a large job and I'm a picky customer. Uziel and his team did a superb job on the roof, Drago and team were precise and expert in the work on the aluminum, and Phil brought an experienced, careful hand to some finishing touches. They have a dedicated project coordinator, Jason, who masterfully ensures that everything gets taken care of. Your cheapest quote won't be from Avenue, but they will provide extraordinary value. I would like to compliment Avenue Road Roofing for their absolutely flawless customer service. My roof was a mess and had been improperly done over and over for years. Avenue was truthful, knowledgeable and had all of the safety certificates and qualifications to protect my interests. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone interested in a properly done and safe roof or masonry job. They do not cut corners to save themselves money nor do they use second rate products. They communicate very well with clients and actually show up to go over the completed job with you to ensure that you are satisfied and address any additional concerns. Amazing!

Rotten fascia board replaced along the one side of the house. Including soffits and eavestrough.
Very difficult to reach in order to do the job because the space between the houses was narrow.
Also the neighbour's roof was higher than mine.
Several companies could not do the job.
I found Avenue Road Roofing solved the problem and charged a competitive rate.
I felt I could count on their professional and knowledgeable roofers to take care of the problem properly.
There have been no further issues with the roof.

Hired Avenue Roofing to replace the siding on my very old house. They did an amazing job and were able to finish the job in the timeline I requested. Their pricing was fair and the quality of the work was impeccable. Phil was awesome and walked us through the pricing and explained everything perfectly - it was first time doing a home renovation like this so was comforting to know there was someone there I could trust. This was a torturous process which in total took 10 months. Finally, Joe and Cas, the heroes mentioned in other reviews, fixed the problems, but there were so many things that happened it's difficult to explain.
