Avenue Road Roofing

I contacted Avenue Road Roofing when after a hail storm a loose tile was noticed in my back yard.
Joe called me back the next day and did an immediate inspection with Kas. They reported that my roof was in perfect condition and the tile was probably blown over from a neighbours house.
They were both very courteous and the inspection was performed "no charge"

Elias from Avenue Road Roofing was wonderful. A strip of my asphalt shingle roof came off a few days ago and after I had made an appointment, he came today shortly after the scheduled time. He simply replaced the strip, from right under the flashing, and ensured the flashing was resecured. He explained a few modifications that should be considered in order to keep the roof in good shape for many years.

My thanks to him for his work and his offer to complete this minor repair for free. I had to put a dollar value in so that this review would be posted....but I didn't actually pay anything.

I will definitely recommend his work!

I am so grateful to Kas and Tony for coming out earlier this week (practising physical distancing) to inspect my roof and clear out my dryer vent. My dryer had become unusable since the vent was almost completely clogged at the roof line. Plus they inspected my roof and skylight. Thank you for the prompt response, it is greatly appreciated!

I contacted Avenue Road Roofing on their website over the weekend about some shingles that had come loose at the side of our ten-year-old roof, which the previous homeowners had installed (I don't know who did the original installation). Elias called us on Monday morning and promptly came out to take a look, then fixed them at no charge on a very windy, cold day. I highly recommend Elias and Avenue Road Roofing.

My downspout became disconnected from my eaves trough. David came out to look at it and said it was a very minor charge. Tony came the next day and said there would be no charge. I would highly recommend Avenue Road Roofing

Did a page flat roof. Did a great job. High quality with excellent customer service. Lots of communication and follow up. would recommend and use them again. Very good work.

Tony and his crew did a great job on our new porch roof as well as figuring out the complicated eave and downspout system we needed to address drainage problems. I was pleased to see Tony come back the day after the installation to make sure everything was done right. It was.

Had a mansard slate roof put in on my Victorian house quite a few years ago by Avenue Road. Recently one of the pieces of slate had come loose. Called Avenue Road and John followed up, shortly after he and Caz (not sure of name) came to repair, no charge. I was impressed..thanks for your help.

My old wooden front porch had a few beans that were painted white and the from triangle above entryway was peeling paint as well. I engaged Avenue Road Roofing to cover just these beams and the triangle with aluminum. The rest of the porh is basically a deck. They chose a vertical stripe above the entry and did a great job of covering up those 3 beams. No more peeling paint. The men consulted me as necessary and were friendly but professional. Would ask them again. They also did the porch roof a couple of months ago and that seems fine.

Called when roof was leaking. I called Avenue Road Roofing. They responded to my issue quickly and efficiently and promptly came and did the necessary repairs. Very pleased with the Professionalism and Good Work. Thank you.
