Avenue Road roofing replaced my shingles on the entire house 3 years ago. I noticed a leak this past weekend, which I thought could have been coming from the roof. I called avenue road roofing after hours and Kathleen helped me out which was a refreshing change for most service companies. She was excellent as she sent out the crew on Monday. Kas and Joe showed up at my house on time as promised. They were very courteous, and had a super positive attitude. Their explanation of what they were looking for was excellent. They diagnosed that the leak wasn't coming from the roof at all? They still attempted to repair the problem for me with some caulking, which I believe has don't the trick! They didn't charge me for the material or their time. Obviously caulking isn't very expensive, however time is, and they took their time, they were patient with me and the repair they performed! Honestly, this was one of the best service/warranty experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend Avenue Road roofing , Kathlene, Kas, and Joe anytime.
