Our 16 year old Spacepak developed a water drainage issue which shut the a/c down today (Saturday) at 6:30 am. Called Atlascare at 7:30 am and Lyndon arrived at noon. Diagnostic complete and temp fix within 45 minutes.
My toddler’s nap was saved and I am sitting cool in our house.
Lyndon provided an excellent explanation of the issue and our options. Extremely personable, well spoken and knowledgeable. A huge asset to the company!
