We scheduled an appointment to attend to my leaking humidifier for today. I received a text saying the service man was on his way at 8:15 (even though it wasn’t scheduled until noon). So I stuck around thinking that the service call was in the morning. But at 11am, I called and Atlas called to confirm noon. I think there was some type of error or glitch. But Anthony showed up at noon and solved the issue quickly, clearly and with professionalism
