I have a top maintenace plan with Atlascare.
Last winter it took them five visits (hardly within the times they promise in the plan) and over a month to fix my furnace.
The last technician who actually came and finally fixed it said that the other technician did not understand and it was a simple thing!
In the meantime we had a broken furnace for a looong time.
