Thorough Report for Home Inspection
I worked with Stephen from AmeriSpec. My realtor recommended him. He was very helpful.
In my case I was selling my house in 4 months. So I contracted
him to come twice at a packaged price. Once for the full inspection and another one for the follow-up.
During the full inspection he gave me a full report. I was then able to
hire contractors to fix issues in the house.
On the follow-up inspection he made sure that the contractors' work were performed properly. He then updated the report.
I recommend Stephen without reservation. The report was very thorough.
