Alpine Roofing

From several alternatives, we picked Alpine Roofing to replace our 20-year old roof. They had the best price and their service was top-notch. They delivered on time and the workmanship was high quality. A few years after the roof was installed, a few shingles detached in a very strong wind storm. Alpine sent someone to replace the detached shingles in a short period of time, and again, did a top-notch job. I'd recommend them on the basis of good workmanship, great price and solid customer service.

Alpine roofing replaced my roof in 2005. A couple of weeks ago due to the wind storm I noticed some of my shingles are lifting. I called Alpine roofing to check out my roof and they replaced a couple of shingles free of charge. Thank you very much Alpine for your prompt service and anytime I need my roof replaced Alpine is who I am going to call!

I manage many properties in downtown Toronto and have used Alpine roofing many times for both small and large jobs and have dealt with Mimi Caushi, the project manager, each time.

They perform excellent work and I have found him to be reliable, courteous and punctual. His estimates are accurate and very competitive, while the work is first class and done on time.

He does the work with his own crews and doesn't subcontract out to third parties. This is a huge advantage when it comes to reliable work.

I have also found them to be ready and willing to stand behind their guarantee and address any issues that might come up.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mimi, the project manager, for any task and he is my goto person for any roofing repair and eavestrough replacement.

The cost was fair. had 5 or 6 neighbors did the same in one day.
People at office was trustworthy cortetous. 6 or 7 yrs later and strong wind ripped a few shingles. How thankful I was not only Alpine takes care of us in the beginning, during the putting of the roof and now 6 or 7 yrs later. Alpine Roofing gave a fair quote for the roofing job. Derek Davis was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew showed me all the materials to be used before starting the work. They were very helpful and did a good job cleaning up the job site. The roof looks fantastic. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I gave Alpine a rating of zero simply because the experience was unprofessional. Work wasn't completed as per original scope ie. missing drip edge and wall flashing. Also a few spots had nails that weren't seated properly. Oh, and the promise of coming to complete when they actually didn't on a few occasions. The estimator showed up without a tape measure and did a material take-off by eye. BY EYE!!! Unreal. Funny thing, he showed up in sandals on a construction site.
And most recently...ridge vents are leaking.

Mimi Caushi's company Alpine Roofing was recommended by a friend who also had great service and I would highly recommend him too! He was very efficient and the work was done beautifully with no debris left behind. He also selected the right roof material colour and type, for the home, as he is very experienced which was appreciated.

Alpine roofing started our job a day before a rainstorm; completed 30% of the job, left debris, left racoon droppings and piles of leaves in our drive, littered the property with nails and left the job unfinished. The next night we had hundreds of dollars of damage due to roof flooding. Completely irresponsible. Alpine paid for all damages and partially discounted the contract price. Do not recommend.
