I called Alpine to repair my eavestrough and install aluminum flashing in September 2020. I got a quote and promptly signed and returned the paperwork. I did not hear a word from the company until November 2020 when (after I called to check the status of my job) a representative replied to my email saying that the job should be done "sometime next week" and that "We will call you the day before."
As I write this review, It is March 29th 2021 and the job never got done. I cancelled the work order after waiting for 6 months. Alpine has done good work for me in the past, but their scheduling system (or lack of it) and the absence of communication has forced me to look elsewhere.
Paying customers deserve to know exactly when the work will be done, not given some vague "guesstimate" on when (if ever) the job will be completed.
The four stars are for the actual work crews, who did a great job and for Robert, the estimator who was excellent!
