We found Allure Window through Home Stars and decided to go with them after a couple of conversations with Ryan. Ryan came to our home for the final measurements and estimate. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, offering some great suggestions for us.

Giorgio, the installer, was also very courteous and knowledgeable. Ryan and Giorgio make a great team, working together to provide the best solution for your home. They weren't pushing, just offered suggestions based on our questions.

We would use Allure Window Decor again. Thank you for a great job, we love our new California shutters!

Sal and Georgio did a fantastic job making sure my new two story blinds were aligned perfectly. Very nice and very professional. When they noticed something not 100%, they immediately addressed the problem and solved it.

We were in need of some new window coverings on a few windows in a home we were renovating and were recommended to Allure by a good friend. Ryan did an amazing job! He was professional and honest. We were working with a very short time frame (other quotes we received told us our time line was impossible) but Ryan made it happen. In fact, he came in early! The whole experience was very positive. We've even had neighbours comment on the look and quality of the shutters. Without hesitation I would recommend Ryan and his team...in fact, I already have :-)

After being very satisfied with the products and installation I ran into an issue with one of the blinds installed in our kitchen after about a year of use as it started to tear along the edge from rubbing due to being slightly off level. I contacted Ryan to make him aware of this and requested a warranty replacement (or fix) and had some issues with his immediate lack of responsibility and emotional response to my concerns.

However, after having a chance to digest it seems, Ryan did ultimately come back to us and make an offer to make it right taking full accountability for his solution, apologising for his earlier frustration and ultimately replaced the blind at no cost ensuring he stood behind the quality of his products and the service of his installation.

For the replacement itself, the installer that we dealt with, Georgio, came to pick up the blind and then replaced it with a brand new, perfectly matched blind within a couple of days (very quick considering this was over a weekend). Special credit to Georgio who was exceptionally pleasant to deal with, courteous about removing his shoes, smiled the whole time he was here and despite it being an uncomfortable situation still managed to make it very comfortable to work with him! Thank you Georgio, we would certainly recommend Allure after all the extra effort; you certainly made it right!

Allure was recommended to me by a friend who was happy with their services. I called and the dealer showed up right on time and explained the different window treatments they could offer. The installer was also punctual and friendly and did a good and fast job with the install. I was happy with the quality and price. My windows look amazing. I for sure will be using them when we have future projects and will recommend them to friends/family.

When meeting with Ryan he was very knowledgeable and patient as we reviewed each window of our newly purchased home. We just bought our first home and there were several windows that needed covering. A friend recommended Allure to me and I am so glad that she did. When Ryan came to the house he immediately knew what would best suite each space and he was so very patient and a great pleasure to work with. Ryan is so knowledgeable with design and product and that was very important to us, there is just so much to think about when deciding on what to use (blinds, shutters, curtains, then wood or not and what color, and the list goes on and on) Ryan had all the answers and knew exactly what to do. We cannot thank Ryan enough for all the time he spent with us helping us make our house a home, it means the world to us. We did a lot of shutters and a few roller shades and some blinds and they ALL look fantastic, better than fantastic actually, we are so so happy. We had just been through some renovations over the past few months and so one thing we were afraid of was the mess (dust) the window covering may leave when installed, well have no fear its like magic, there is NO dust, NO mess. Giorgio came in and was very pleasant and so quick and did not leave a thing to dust or wipe :) Thank you Allure for a great success story for our memory book of our first home.

Allure Window Decor was amazing to work with. This included the phone conversation with Ryan, to the awesome decor consultation with Sal and finally to the meticulous installation done by Giorgio. The quality of the blinds and installation was perfect. Giorgio was extremely neat and tidy. Everyone I dealt with was professional, punctual, kind, courtesy (even called before they arrived) and had such a high level of respect for us as their customers and our home. After finding out the company we bought our shutters from went out of business we contacted Allure Decor with the hope that they could fix our existing shutters after a window replacement company installed new windows that were smaller than previous. We spoke to Ryan who was extremely helpful. He came to our house and assessed the situation, had our shutters picked up and to our delight they were fixed and re-installed. The installer was very friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job. We're so happy with the end result. A big THANK YOU Allure!

We met Ryan Mucci quite a few years ago when we first got shutters. He was punctual, pleasant, knew his products and never pressured us for a decision. Ryan and his work are amazing!! Our shutters needed some service recently and with a blink of an eye things were taken care of. I would go back to Allure again and again. Thanks Ryan!!!
