Our real estate agent recommended John to us to do an inspection on our first home.
He came on a -20C February day and was very thorough, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to us. He even managed to get some rock and roll analogies into his evaluation!
We will definitely use John again, and highly recommend him to anyone, whether buying for the first time or a veteran homeowner.
