Every year I have my AC maintenance by Aire One - Once again I was pleased at how the technician (Lewis) was on time, very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received from Aire One with both my AC and Furnace tune -ups.

I was very pleased with the professional and personable technician that serviced my furnace and AC. He arrived on time and was thorough in checking all parts. A problem was detected which I was not aware of. I was able to have another service call avoided as he was able to correct the problem on the spot...a positive experience for me! Thanks Jerry!

I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and courteous all the staff at Aire One are. The sales person, the administration staff and the installers were all very helpful, polite and obviously know their
products. The installers did what was right and not what was easiest and took the time to really explain things to me. I will definitely use Aire One again for repairs or new installations.

The salesman was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The installers were thorough and when done, asked if everything appeared okay--and yes it did & they cleaned up the mess very nicely even sweeping out the garage! This company was recommended by a fellow resident & he was right on!

The sales rep took the time to explain how the AC system works and why he was recommending a smaller size than other quotes we'd received. He was also the only one who checked the size of our furnace instead of just the square footage of our house. The price was fair and Aire One handles all of the paperwork associated with getting a government rebate back for energy efficiency. The Installation was booked quickly and the installers who came out were friendly, efficient and professional. We would recommend dealing with this company to anyone who asks!

We were in need of replacing our old mid-efficiency furnace so we got a few quotes before deciding on Air One. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive however; the selling feature for me was when the salesman brought in the installer that was going to do the job by to review the project. The furnace was located in a bad spot in the basement so we had already made the decision was made to move the furnace (and all other mechanical) to the back corner to make better use of the space in our basement. This required all new ductwork to be installed along with the addition of a new high efficiency furnace. Scott who would be doing the install went over what I wanted to do in detail. He then reviewed the existing ductwork, pointed out the flaws in what was there and finally went through the job with his recommendations as if he was doing this project in his own house. With this he also suggested some things to avoid with the install as he said they were simply adding unnecessary cost that would not yield the final product that I was looking for.
When it came time to do the actual job, Scott arrived on time with an assistant and they immediately proceeded to rip out the old furnace and ductwork. The gas piping was updated, the new furnace put into place and the ductwork was installed in the planned 3 day timeframe. While onsite Scott was also very good to answer any questions I had during the process. The new ductwork was also installed in the position I requested to maximize the space in the basement. Through all this the guys kept their work area neat and tidied up daily as they wrapped up. When the job was complete the service tech that came out to install my new thermostat was very knowledgeable and quite thorough as he showed me how to use the new control. As in any project of this magnitude there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way but overall any deficiencies were resolved quickly and without issue.

Tune-up was performed very well. The technician arrived on time and was very precise in his work. He kept telling us what he was testing and how the test results were coming out as he went along. He was very courteous and respectful. Very efficient. We would grade him a 10 out of 10.

As a single woman and home owner at times I am overwhelmed when things go wrong that I do not have the knowledge how to fix or who to call. I have had Aire One to my home for both my furnace in the past and recently last week my hot water heater. They technician was on time, very friendly, and walked me thru everything. He was quick and went above and beyond asking if I needed anything else when I realized it was time to replace my furnace filter he quickly checked the one I needed and was able to sell me one right there on the spot from the stock he had on him. Avoiding my dreaded trek to a hardware store. Thank you Aire One!!
