A Glass Act Window Cleaners & Building Maintenance Ltd.

After a number of years taking care of our windows, roof, and driveway ourselves we decided to find a professional. We requested quotes and customer reviews from firms who focus on this type of work. We quickly discovered that the prices were all over the map and that only a small minority of companies post reviews from their customers. A Glass Act stood out with very competive prices and plenty of happy customer reviews.
We were not disappointed. The roof is complely free of moss for the first time in many years, the downspouts are clear and the roof has been sprayed with a product that takes care of the moss spores without harming the garden. The driveway is completly clean and the surface has received 2 coats of cealant and the windows are cleaner than we were ever able to get them ourselves (see attached photos). Kirby (the general manager) made sure that all of the work was completed to a very high standard of quality. We will be repeat customers.

These guys were great. Kirby was onsite with the team nice and early to get the job done. He ensured the process was smooth and easy. The two guys doing the job worked really hard and were really nice. The staff enjoyed their company. The results of their services left our portables looking brand new. Excellent work. I highly recommend them.

I found A GLASS ACT thru Homestars. I chose this company due to the high rating from customers and they sure we're not wrong. Originally they were to do the whole house and driveway but due to water restrictions I had Jim and Rob do the inside and outside of the windows of my house. They were very professional and the job they did was exceptional. The windows are sparkling clean along with the screens. I am definitely going to rebook for next year to have the house,sidewalks and driveways done. The pride they showed in doing the job is something you don't often see. Thank you for a job well done.

I contacted Kirby at A Glass Act when we decided to put our house up for sale. We wanted to have the house, driveways and decks power washed, the windows cleaned, one deck stained and some touch-up exterior painting done. Kirby and his painter Al did an amazing job. They advised us on what areas to focus on, respected our deadlines despite the spring weather and the work was done to a high quality standard. Both Kirby and Al worked on week-ends but always made sure ahead of time that it wasn’t inconvenient for us. They also did extra work at no charge because they felt it would add value to the house and it probably did: the house sold in 6 days and well above asking price, at least partly thanks to the great curb appeal that Kirby and Al gave to the house! Amazing job, good value, definitively to be recommended!

Gutter cleaning interior/exterior, installation of gutter baskets and gutter repair. Work was done promptly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. The crew exceeded my expectations and my gutters have never looked better. I will now have my gutters repaired by A Glass Act as a next step. Kirby did an excellent job cleaning our chandelier which had difficult access. He was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was thrilled with the end result.

We have used A Glass Act to power wash our pavers and deck. They did an excellent job and were very efficient and friendly. Very satisfied with the work and would be happy to recommend them.

We had A Glass Act over to our home to clean all the exterior windows, two large interior windows, all gutters and down pipes. This was the first time using A Glass Act and we will be requesting their services again. They did an awesome job and forgot one window.
