they listen, and they do... no huffing, no puffing, no arguing they just do. they can lift heavy things and run up and down those stairs with no problem........i cant do that anymore...... and that is why i call ive got junk when i have stuff to be moved. always helpful..... thank you....... i have used you four times now and there was just one call that was a problem.. but i would still call if i have stuff to be thrown out and i would always recommend you..........

I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and needed to have removal from my property that same day (a Sunday) and the operator was amazing! The appointment was set up with ease and when they came, the 2 men were very pleasant to deal with and the whole experience was professional and efficient.

Bill and Andre were organized and helpful in moving the items to the truck. Even though it was raining really badly these two guys were cheerful and got the job done. They showed us the pricing and there were no surprise bills at the end. I'd recommend 1-800-Got-Junk in a minute.

What did you do well: polite workmen who were on time and worked really fast; really packed the truck full; good price with no hidden extra fees...need I say more?? There was nothing negative or even marginal that I can comment on - it was all good. We were dealing with clearing out the belongings of a deceased friend, and had two jobs - his apartment and his storage locker. For the second job we used your service, and everything was a dream - we could not have asked for better service or fairer pricing. I will only use your service in the future.

In the middle of a thunderstorm, during a record-breaking rainfall, the team of André and Dean removed my dreadful, old, very heavy and awkward, sofa bed from my apartment on the 18th floor. They had kept me updated about their arrival time and were extremely nice, happy, clean and courteous. And highly professional. No fuss, no mess. And they were such nice guys! Thank you very, very much.

They took absolutely everything from my mother's apartment, including a bag of garbage and even swept the floors. All I had to do was lock the door on my way out. Chris and Andre were extremely polite, professional, friendly and efficient.

I found the employees were very professional, from the booking of the appointment to the actual staff who performed the removal. Information was accurate, staff punctual, pleasant and respectful of property.
