Verydisappointedexperience. Worst service ever. Don't even call them. Booked the time. Didn't show up. Customer ervice call for rebooking. Rebooked. And the driver called 20 said he would an hour delay. Wait for an hour and never showed up. Such a waste of my time! If you guys could not make it. Don't even bother booking time!!

We arrive on time for almost 99% of our appointments, and if we are aware of a late arrival our team will take steps to rectify the situation either by sending another team or providing a discount. Your description of your experience seems quite out of character and definitely requires some further investigation.
