Brock Home Improvements installed new windows a few years ago and we were very pleased with the result. When we decided to replace additional windows this year, we called them. The president, John Nolet, visited our home and explained our options and pricing in clear detail. We actually bought two more windows than planned, and with no regrets! The installer, Jim Wier, was a joy. He was punctual, competent, friendly and did a great job. We plan additional work next year and will put in a special request for Jim.

It was close. but we just happened to catch Mike Nolet in the showroom as we were shopping for windows. He answered all our questions and then visited our house for measurements and prices.
Our purchase wasn't large but we were treated like important customers.
The windows were of high quality and the installation was impeccable. Eric the installer is a wizard with a caulking gun.
The job from order to install was done in the estimated time frame.

Rob the installer for Brock Windows is a true craftsman. His work was very professional and he was meticulous about the details of installing our windows. We had twelve 70-year-old windows replaced. After the speedy installation we felt like we had purchased a brand new home. What a difference the new windows have made for the look and feel of our home. We are looking forward to reduced energy bills over the next year! We highly recommend Brock to install new windows, the price was great, the installation was superb, clean and fast!

I used Brock 6 years ago when I bought my house. They replaced all the windows, a front door, a side door and a french door. I was very impressed with their service and quality of the windows and doors.

This year I decided to hire them to replace two windows and a side door. The salesman accommodated my work schedule and came to my house at 8pm. We discussed the project and he also gave me tips for my future renovation projects and how to maintain the solarium. They called me to reconfirm the installation date a week before the project start date.

The contractor provided me with excellent services. He was courteous, polite, considerate, hardworking and professional. He has good work ethics and craftmanship.

Their price was reasonable given the high quality of the Winstar windows.

These two projects make me a customer of Brock for life. I will certain use Brock for my future renovation projects.

We were extremely pleased with the service and products we received through Brock. The company is professional and timely in the service they provide. We were especially pleased with the installation and input their installer provided (while measuring for retrofit windows, he discussed pros/cons and we actually upgraded to BRICK TO BRICK installation and are thrilled with the end results.

This is the second time we have bought from Brock and will do so again when needed.

From past experiences we chose Brock to come and replace our front windows and the upstairs bedroom windows. We had chosen a design that we thought would do well for our home but the sales person actually changed our minds to a lesser value with less complications once installed. The work crew once they got to work were tireless and didn't take a break until the job was finished. The finished product looks great on the house and we are very impressed with the job and the employees. The second renovation job was as good an experience as the first. Now when we get the phone calls asking if we need windows replaced we reply that we already bought from the best there is around.

Hello.. The company was excellent. the sales person..and the gentleman that put the window in.. the one young gentleman vacuumed my carpet and the front entrance.. for that l was very happy.. three young men were in charge of the window replacement.. showed up at 9:00am as the company mentioned.. my dad and l were very pleased.. if 6/49 comes our way.. l would be proud to have them back to replace the other windows..Thank-you Helen

We chose Brock Home Improvement Products Inc. for the purchase and installation of new windows and doors based on the knowledge and professionalism of their sales representative. We also found the price very reasonable for the quality of windows and doors compared to other quotes that we had received. It was great to get a quote on the spot. The installers were courteous, professional, dependable and their workmanship was excellent. Brock is a very professional company. They organize financing and keep the lines of communication open from the time the contract is signed until after the installation. You can also count on them to address any issues on a timely basis (e.g. handles on one window were scratched and the service man was at our home one week after the installation). Overall, we were very satisfied with Brock and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

My project was to replace an old bay window with a larger bow window. Brock was supposed to cut the wall to make the opening bigger and then put in a factory manufactured window. I found that they were extremely slow. It took months to finish the job. They wouldn't show up for days and at times they would only show up for a few hours. At the begining, they didn't have the right blade to do the cut out which caused the first of many delays. In addition, they cut down plants without asking. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with both the product, and installation. Not only was the price great but the installer was prompt, and on time to start the job, and finished on time as well. He also helped me repair a window problem on my patio door. All in all a great experience.
