As I researched other window suppliers I realised the Brock windows had a very good product. Over the years since then, we have replaced six windows in our house with North Star windows from Brock. We appreciate the way the new windows keep the sound from outside muted as well as the quality of the light that they let in. They need little maintenance and keep their good looks over the years.

Brock Doors and Windows installed new windows and a new front door in mid-December 2022. Unfortunately, Brock did not install the door we had ordered (which had a glass insert), and instead installed a solid door. Consequently, our entryway has been dark and unpleasant.

It took 8 weeks from the installation date for the correct door to be manufactured and ready for installation, but the service appointment was cancelled day-of because the installer was ill. The make-up appointment was scheduled two weeks later and was also cancelled day-of because the installer was ill. The third appointment (two weeks after that) was supposed to be between 11:00-1:00 but the installer did not arrive until after 1:00 at which point I was unavailable due to a work conflict.

It's been over 5 months and we still do not have the door we ordered.

Hired this company to put all new doors and windows in our home Spring of 2019, would never use them again, 'nor would I ever recommend them. Took them 3 years to resolve all of the issues, and there are still issues arising. Mis-measured windows, windows installed with the swing the wrong way, wrong color vinyl, a front door that leaked for over 2 years before the issue was resolved (rendering us unable to finish our front foyer), cut the wires on our security system, very poor workmanship ... The list goes on and on. It was one nightmare after another. Their staff turnover speaks volumes for this company.

We highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows. We bought 11 windows and a patio door with integrated blinds from the Pickering location. The service and installation was excellent. We love the quality of our windows/patio door. Our home is warmer in winter and cooler in summer thanks to the energy ratings. Plus we received the Canada Greener Homes Grant rebate that they said we would. We had a bit of an issue with the installation of a storm door which was ordered separately. The installer noticed that the lintel wasn't cut properly. They rectified it to our satisfaction although it did take a bit longer than we would have liked.

After shopping around for a new front door, we chose Brock Doors and Windows because it was the best value and the sales guy Rick was very personable and worked with us to find the best door for us. Our door is gorgeous! The sale went smoothly but be aware there is quite a wait for actual installation (12-14 weeks) which is common everywhere. The booking of the installation had a few bumps which were annoying but eventually sorted out. The installation team was amazing... professional, friendly and did a great job.

We replaced our windows on the second floor and were very satisfied with every aspect of the experience with Brock windows. From the wonderful sales person who never rushed or pressured us in any way. He took the time to explain our options and was very thorough. The ordering process was very streamlined and we were kept in the loop on the order status. The installation was done very professionally and the installation team was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Brock for your windows. The windows are exactly as promised and very good quality

We were very pleased with both the quality of the windows and the sales and installation service. The Brock installers were very courteous, neat, and cleaned up afterwards. Our basement windows were complicated; and were installed mid-winter. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done on their home.

I had used Brock for my entry doors and bay window. I reached out to them and had Steve come out to give me a quote. The price worked for me and Steve was able to provide me appropriate information on any rebates available. The install was scheduled and executed in a timely manner. I recommend Brock for windows and doors.

Great contractors, work was fast and efficient. Followed timelines. Great quality windows and satisfied so far.

The windows are great product but dealing with this company is nothing short of frustration from the estimator to the one who comes to do the actual measurements to the installation people. Also finding anyone to speak to regarding your concerns is another issue in itself.
I wish I could write a review about my satisfaction but I need to bd honest about my actual experience.
