The window replacement renovation went very smoothly, the installer was very professional and unbelievably neat. The windows are efficient in keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I have no window coverings in the house at all any more so we can enjoy the new Bay window and a complete view of the back yard. The salesman even came over to our house and inspected the work when it was completed. You can't ask for anything better.

We were doing some renovations on our older home and wanted to replace the windows. Terry was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We were very pleased with the entire service from the job consultant to the installers. When we do more renovations, we are definitely returning to Brock to continue to purchase winders and let all our friends know how delighted we are with the end result. Job well done.

It was a pleasure to deal with a professional contractor. Our house is about 60 years old and we were concerned the windows would look "correct" with the overall look of our home. From the moment the salesman came into the house until the installation the service from Brock was excellent. They did everything they could us with respect to the timeing of the installation. The salesman explained the different types of windows that were available to us. He had a very good knowledge of the business. I can recommend this company to everyone.

I recently purchased a new patio door a few replacement windows for my older home. The entire process was a pleasure. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions and make recomendations based on my needs. The installers were great, they did a fantastic job paying close attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be more happy with their service or quality! I've already recomended them to several friends and neighbours. Don't hestitate doing business with this fine company.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am to say Brock lived up to what they said they'd do. I've had other companies promise the moon and then promptly disappear after the job was "finished". The salesman and the installer were sure that I was going to be more than satisfied with what I contracted to have done. Rob, the installer, was fantastic and quick. He obviously knows his stuff. I was warned by Bruce, the salesman, that there may be some repair work needed on the interior of the side door due to the fact that my home is very old, and I have experienced this before. The surprise was, due to Rob's experience, I didn't have to go through another major repair. I felt like I received a free bonus, and can say that I wish I had used Brock on the first round of work. There's definetly a big difference in quality and workmanship. Very pleased. My sincere thanks goes out to Brock, Bruce, and Rob. I'm a believer...Arthur G
