Salesperson was friendly. We got our windows replaced in September 2020. The installation people were good. 1 window was not the right and the frame around one of the windows (shaped/cathedral) was not correct.
2 different service guys came since (over the past 4 months). The wrong parts were sent every time.
Since then, NOTHING. We haven't been able to speak to anyone. They have poor (or non-existent) Customer Service. We still have an unfinished room with the frame missing and the incorrect window, which looks so odd. We have since put a claim through Better Business Bureau.
We are so disappointed. Windows aren't cheap so we were hoping for a better experience than this.
