Our experience began with our initial quote. The representative was able to answer our questions, show us options and help us make a choice that addressed our needs. While we waited for our new door to be installed, questions were answered quickly. Once the day of installation arrived, the 2 gentlemen were quick, polite, and cleaned up well. Before leaving, they led me through an inspection to be sure I was pleased with the work, all was great. Unfortunately, the doorbell did not work later that same day. I emailed Brock Doors and was pleased to receive a phone call the next day and the bell was repaired the very next day.
Yes, I would certainly recommend Brock Windows and Doors!
