I hesitated a long time to have my old windows replaced because it is a big and expensive project. The sales person Brian was very helpful and understanding. His professionalism finally made me decide to go ahead with the project.
The project took 2 days to finish and the installers did a good job. They worked hard and did their best to clean the areas surrounding the windows. They are open to suggestions that I have.
Brocks sent an inspector to check before the project was completed which provided more comfort to me.
I am happy with the project and will recommend Brock to my friends.
