Oborne Contracting did a project reorganizing the layout of my second floor. They took out a load-bearing wall, enlarged the bathroom, moved the laundry upstairs, removed several closets, and opened up the stairs. The whole process was very smooth, communication was great, and they kept the workspace really tidy. The finishes were beautiful, including patching hardwood and detailing on the railings. John and Jeff were great to work with! Highly recommended.
