This company renewed our faith in contractors. They were dependable, respectful and completed the job in a timely manner whilst respecting our home. The crew worked diligently on our 130 year old Victorian home and completed the job within the time frame that was given. We would use them again for future jobs and have no issues giving them a reference.

I found this company on this GREAT site, it was not easy because I did not know anybody to help me narrow down our search. This site did that. I am extreMELY HAPPY with the crew, they were very informative, curious, polite, and most of all they respected our home. We did a lot of research before hiring Solutions Electrical,(I called 10 and saw 4) wow what an experience, Frank was not negative, BUT very firm and passionate regarding the electrical industry. He is the most informative contractor that we know, honest to a fault, and now that I think about it they we not the most expensive... we KNOW we made the right choice. I can go on for ever, call these guys the are the real mc coy.

Solutions offered the kind of service we were looking for. Upfront honesty, qualified tradespeople, excellent work ethic. As electricity is something that you want to be done right & safe we were left with the feeling that we made the right decision in choosing Solutions.

We had them come in to assess our electrical outlets and circuits throughout our new house. We wanted to make sure things were safe and to code. They also quoted us on in-floor heating and security lights. Joe and his apprentice were very thorough and unobtrusive during the 5hour service. Frank came back to review the report and made suggestions without pressuring us. He told us we could wait on most things without trying to scare us into booking right away. The company was recommended by friends and I am glad we did this service for the peace of mind it gave us, not to mention the detailed information we now have for our electrical panel.

This is an addition to my initial review. The company overcharged me a bit on the service and was supposed to refund the difference. It's been over six months now and after several email messages, I still have no refund.

I had some outlets and a potlight added for some renovation work being done. Other companies didn't want to handle "small jobs". Solutions was able to do it quickly and very neatly. It involved fishing wires through the wall and they did it with very little disturbance. The work is done properly with proper permits and without the high cost that some companies charge for a "small job".
They also did some emergency electrical work for me on a different day. They were able to come right away and they discovered and fixed the problem quickly. Experience counts when you pay by the hour and Solutions is the best.

When I called Solutions they fit me in right away. Joe came over to see the project and provide a quote. He was very helpful with ideas about the project and answered all my questions.
I will be calling them again for some more work in the Spring!

I called Frank at Solutions based on his tv appearances, I had though he would overcharge because of this, but I found his quote to be competitive. It is very easy for electrical work to be done incorrectly, and can be dangerous even if it seems to work. I did not want to take this chance, I watched the crew install the potlights, they ran new lines directly from new breakers, they also took care of getting a permit for this work. The lights they installed are a good quality low voltage light, they look great, and provide a lot of light. The crew was professional and courteous. I would and have recommended them to others.

We contracted to Solutions (again) for our Master Bedroom. They needed to install potlights, remove a duplicate switch, install new power and extend a cable run for our TV, and remove the cabling that was running through our cold-air return. They did an excellent job, except that they left the insulation in the attic a mess (which I had to clean up / rearrange). They came back and apologized for the inconvenience, and installed a remote dimmer (instead of a cheap one) without asking or charging me extra.

We will use them on future renovations.
