Phil seemed knowledgeable when he came for a consultation. But the job he did in our garden was amateurish. He pruned plants that were not supposed to be pruned. A lot of my plants that were healthy last spring looks butchered this year. He pruned two maple trees but this year growth looks less than desirable and an eye sore. If he did not know or want the job, he should have said so. His work was amateurish and hurried. Will not recommend him for a pruning job.
